It’s finally time! Our 4th Annual Sandy Caples Memorial Golf Tournament is happening Friday, October 30, 2026, at Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos. We know you’ve been waiting, and we can’t wait for you to join us!

More than just a tournament, this annual event is held in memory of Sandy Caples, one of WCC’s founding members whose legacy continues to shape and inspire our mission. It’s a day centered around connection, fun, and community on the course, all while honoring Sandy’s commitment to empowering the next generation of women and men in construction. 

A large portion of the event’s proceeds will benefit our scholarship program, the Julia Morgan Society, continuing Sandy’s passion for opening doors and creating opportunities in the construction industry.

Whether this will be your first time attending or you’ve been thinking about getting involved, we’d love to have you be part of it.

This year’s theme is Killer Golf Classic – Survive All 18, Tee Off If You Dare!, inspired by iconic 90’s classic horror movies. Think Scream, Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, Freddy Krueger, and more. Costumes are highly encouraged, but you don’t have to stick to the theme, so bring your creativity!

Here’s what to expect:

  • 18 holes of golf, putting contest, longest drive contest, on-theme exhibitor booths, amazing raffle prizes

  • And the chance to win one of our contests: Best Foursome Costume, Best Dressed Individual, Best Cart Decor, Best Exhibitor Booth

Ready to join? Lock in your sponsorship or foursome by one of the options below:

  • Online Registration Link via Zeffy - We are using Zeffy instead of Eventbrite this year to eliminate additional ticketing fees and taxes for our attendees. At checkout, Zeffy may suggest an optional donation to support their free platform. This donation is completely optional; simply select “Other” and enter $0 or uncheck the donation option to opt out.

  • Request an Invoice (Please note in your email which sponsorship or foursome option you’d like to be invoiced for.)
