We’re excited to welcome Wendy M. Watson, Leadership Architecture Speaker, Executive Strategist, and Founder of WMW International, to inspire us along the way. A fifth-generation entrepreneur who learned leadership firsthand on construction sites alongside her father, Wendy brings a unique perspective on the power of mentorship. Her message is simple:When leadership is transferred well, its impact doesn’t end with one person—it multiplies.
